Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Online Store Terms

Payment
Konna accepts payment from all major Debit and Credit Card companies and PayPal. Unfortunately, we do NOT accept payment via direct transfer, cheques, or postal orders.

Upon receiving your order, a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card will be carried out to ensure there are sufficient funds in the account for the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

 

General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
