Abbie Lewis
Abbie Lewis is a talented 19-year-old Young Rider from South Australia, with a passion for showjumping that started at the age of 3 when she got her first pony in the UK. Since then, she has been dedicated to the sport, competing at a high level for over a decade. Abbie relocated to Australia in 2014, and has since become an established figure in the Australian showjumping scene.
Abbie currently competes with her main horse, Sovereign's Gizelle, a 13-year-old Warmblood mare, with whom she travels across Australia competing in Young Rider classes and 1.30m events. She also has two retired horses, Miss Visage (Aggie) and MEC Gossip (Mickey), who played pivotal roles in her career.
A dedicated member of South Australia’s showjumping squads since the age of 13, Abbie has set her sights on competing at the Mini Prix and 1.40m levels, while balancing her veterinary studies. Her long-term goal is to represent Australia in international team events and pursue competition opportunities in the UK in the near future.
In addition to her competitive career, Abbie and her friend have started a business hosting clinics across South Australia. This venture allows her to build strong relationships with top coaches and riders around the country, contributing to her growing presence in the equestrian community.

Aleea Arbuckle
Aleea is a 17-year-old dressage rider from South East Queensland who has been passionate about horses for over a decade. With 11 years of riding experience, Aleea is currently in her final year of school and is preparing to transition into a full-time career in equestrian training and education.
Aleea’s small but talented team consists of Merlot, a 7-year-old Arabian/Warmblood x Thoroughbred pony, and Georgie, a 2-year-old Warmblood filly. Aleea has been working with Merlot since he was 2 years old, and together, they are training in Medium level dressage within the pony categories. Though Merlot stands at only 14.2hh, his big heart and enthusiastic attitude make him a standout in every competition. Georgie, Aleea’s pride and joy, will be starting her competition career soon, beginning with in-hand hack shows as she continues to grow and develop.
Aleea’s competition goals include participating in larger-scale events such as CDI’s and Championships, with the ambition of earning consistent 70% scores across all tests. She is passionate about self-improvement and developing both herself and her horses to reach their full potential.
Looking ahead, Aleea hopes to offer training services and grow her online presence to reach a wider audience, sharing her equestrian journey and promoting brands that focus on the needs of both riders and horses. She is dedicated to high-quality content, thanks to her parents' love for photography, and values the opportunity to showcase products through her platform while building a strong connection with the equestrian community.

Anna Pappas
Anna Pappas is a 16-year-old dressage and working equitation rider from Bathurst, New South Wales. With a passion for horses, rider support, and equine welfare, Anna has been riding since she was just two years old and has a deep love for both the sport and her horses. Her home facilities are equipped to support her ambitious riding career, and she competes extensively across New South Wales in both dressage and working equitation.
Anna’s primary competition focus this year is on growing and developing her horses, with plans to increase her working equitation participation. Her main horse, Benjamin, a 10-year-old purebred Andalusian gelding, is competing at Elementary and stepping up to Medium-level dressage, as well as working at Level 4 and 5 in working equitation. Puzzle, a 4-year-old GRP x Welsh C, is expected to make his debut in the 4-year-old classes this year while also training at the Preliminary/Novice level. Anna’s newest addition, Ode, a 3-year-old Warmblood x Andalusian, will be gently started under saddle with the goal of ensuring he develops into a happy, confident partner.
She has a dream of qualifying for the Working Equitation World Junior and Young Rider Championships in Europe, and continuing to improve her Medium-level dressage with Benjamin with support from her Australian coach. She also plans to make strides in her competition journey with Puzzle, gain valuable experience in Portugal, and continue sharing her love for her horses with the equestrian community.

Ayana Walsh
Ayana Walsh is a dedicated 16-year-old showjumping, dressage, and sporting rider, with a deep passion for equestrian sport. As a Junior Instructor and team captain at her school, Ayana’s leadership and commitment extend beyond her own riding to supporting others in the equestrian community.
Ayana is the proud owner of three talented competition horses: AJ All The Stars (Sonny), a bay OTTB who is her heart horse, and two others, Cupids Wingman (QP) and Kardella Park Poppy (Poppy). After two years with Sonny, Ayana has ambitious goals for the season, including competing in 1.10m showjumping, schooling at 1.25m, and aiming for top placements at state-level competitions in both dressage and showjumping.
QP, a palomino Quarter Horse, was Ayana’s first project horse and is still a beloved member of her team, often competing with her mother. Poppy, a 5-year-old Connemara x Irish Sport Horse, is just beginning her showjumping and eventing career, and Ayana looks forward to developing her skills through the year. Together, Ayana and her horses will be competing at various competitions including Interschool States Showjumping, Pony Club, and Dressage, with plans to expand into eventing and sporting disciplines.
In addition to her riding goals, Ayana is committed to furthering her equestrian knowledge through coaching certifications and her Cert II and III in Horse Care. This will open up a traineeship opportunity at the Equine Hospital in North Arm, where she hopes to deepen her understanding of horse care and veterinary practice.

Eliza Baird
Eliza Baird is a 13-year-old showjumper from Victoria, with a passion for competitive riding and a strong track record of success. Eliza currently competes with two talented horses, Bling and Bam. Bling, a consistent performer in the 1m showjumping classes, has been dominating the competition with a series of impressive wins. Bam, her more experienced partner, is currently competing at the 120–125cm level, with plans to increase their heights and challenge themselves further as the year progresses.
Eliza recently welcomed Connie, a new addition to her team, and is excited to bring her along in the competition circuit. She competes regularly, attending events around twice a month, and is focused on developing her horses and continuing to improve in her riding career.

Hayley Palmer
Hayley Palmer is a 15-year-old rider from New South Wales with a passion for dressage, showjumping, and a growing interest in eventing. Despite having started riding in 2020, Hayley has quickly developed a strong connection with her horse and a deep love for training. Currently, she competes in showjumping at 60-75cm and in dressage at the Preliminary and Novice levels.
Hayley’s horse, Bradley, is an 11-year-old 16.1hh OTTB (Off-The-Track Thoroughbred) gelding, whom she has owned for a year and a half. Bradley, with his calm and easygoing nature, has quickly become a beloved teammate. Despite being a green horse when they first started together, Hayley and Bradley have accomplished much, competing successfully at ag shows, pony club events, and always bringing home ribbons. Bradley’s love for jumping and dressage has made them a dynamic pair, and they continue to build their skills and grow as a team.
Looking ahead, Hayley’s goals for 2025 include competing at Interschools, starting eventing, and continuing to improve in both showjumping and dressage. She is excited to continue her journey with Bradley and reach new heights in their equestrian pursuits.

Keeley Menadue
Keeley Menadue is a 20-year-old dressage rider from Mallala, South Australia, with a passion for dressage and show horse events. She is currently competing with three talented horses: Freemans Lodge Rocksette (Rosie), an accomplished Elementary and Medium dressage pony, who is the current SA and VIC State Elementary Pony Champion, and the 2024 Dressage SA Pony of the Year; PS Can Dance (Loki), a 5-year-old young horse currently training at Preliminary and Novice levels, and aiming for success in the 5yo Young Horse classes; and Ibnky Diamond Rock (Chino), a young horse making his debut in both dressage and show horse events this year.
In addition to her personal horses, Keeley is fortunate to ride for Ponderosa Stud, where she works with a range of warmbloods in training and competition, further expanding her skills and experience. Keeley’s recent accomplishments include multiple state championship titles, recognition as the ESA Dressage Youth of the Year, and her selection for the SA Dressage Squad.
Looking ahead, Keeley plans to compete at Dressage with the Stars in Victoria, the Australian Youth Dressage Championships, and continue advancing to higher levels with Rosie, including competing at Advanced. She is also focused on growing her show horse team and qualifying for major competitions in the coming years.

Matilda Lepper
Matilda Lepper is a 16-year-old rider from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, with a passion for Dressage, Showjumping, Liberty, and Showing. She has been riding for 10 years and owns three horses, each with unique potential. Her main horse, Kitty, is a 15hh QH who has helped Matilda progress through various disciplines, currently competing in showjumping up to 1m and training at Elementary level dressage.
Matilda also has two OTTBs: Andy, a 17.3hh gelding who is currently out of work due to injury but has a sweet, hardworking nature, and Zayne, a 16.3hh gelding who Matilda recently acquired. Zayne has excelled in dressage and flatwork, with plans to compete at Preliminary dressage in the near future.
With a strong focus on horsemanship, Matilda emphasises building a solid bond with her horses through groundwork and liberty work, which she believes is the foundation for success in any discipline. She has a positive and approachable attitude, always striving to share her enthusiasm for the sport with others.
Matilda’s competition plans for 2025 include competing in dressage, showjumping, and agricultural shows, with goals of returning Kitty to 90cm-1m jumping and reaching over 60% in Novice dressage. She also hopes to develop Zayne's skills in dressage and progress his jumping.

Paris Holder is a 24-year-old rider from Adelaide, South Australia, with a deep love for horses and a growing presence in the equestrian world. Growing up in a family involved in the equestrian industry, Paris developed a passion for horses early on, eventually acquiring her first horse a few years ago. She is now the proud owner of three beautiful horses, who are more than just companions in the sport—they’re part of her family.

Summer Dalton
Summer Dalton is a 15-year-old aspiring equestrian from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, with a deep passion for horses and an unwavering dream of one day competing in the Olympics. Although she only began riding consistently in 2022, Summer’s dedication to the sport is clear. Show jumping is her favorite discipline, as she thrives on the adrenaline and excitement of flying around the course.
Summer rides her 10-year-old OTTB, Sam, whom she purchased in March 2024. Sam has been through a challenging recovery, with setbacks including injuries and arena issues, but the duo is now coming back stronger than ever. Despite Sam’s cheeky personality and occasional challenges, Summer values their bond and is excited about their future together.
Currently, Summer’s goal is to bring Sam back to confidently jumping 80-90cm and competing again. In the long run, she hopes to compete at higher heights and further develop their partnership. Outside of riding, Summer is also focused on her education, with aspirations to become an equine vet to give back to the horses that have given her so much.

Vesper Atkins
Vesper Atkins is a 13-year-old show jumper from Western Australia with a passion for the sport that has driven her to compete up to 100cm in show jumping and 65cm in eventing. Having been riding for 5-6 years, Vesper’s hard work and dedication have quickly made her a rising star in the equestrian community.
In late 2024, Vesper began leasing Rayne Park Rising Sun (Sunny), a 14.2hh speed machine. Under Vesper's guidance, Sunny has helped her achieve impressive results, including going from 70cm to 90cm show jumping and winning her first 100cm event. Sunny, who previously competed up to 105cm in show jumping and 95cm in eventing, has been a great partner for Vesper's rapid progression in the sport.
Looking ahead, Vesper’s goals are to continue competing Sunny up to 105cm in show jumping and 80cm in eventing while also searching for a new horse to help her reach the junior level. She remains committed to growing her presence in the equestrian world and building her social media following.
Vesper is excited to continue her journey with Sunny and beyond, driven by her love of the sport and her determination to achieve even greater heights.
